shipping policy

We are excited for you to get your new items, and do our very best to ship orders ASAP.  However, please know that there may be delays during the busy holiday season. If you have a question about an order, please email us at customerservice@fbcboutique.com

We ship orders Monday - Friday. We work hard to package orders and get them to you as soon as possible. Processing time is 1-3 days & shipping is 1-3 business days. We ship Priority mail through the United States Postal Service(USPS).  Once your order is packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. (Please be sure to ship to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages).

 

NOTE: Although most packages are shipped within 1-3 business days, shipping times are provided by the United States Postal Service and are not guaranteed by Fashion By Choice  Boutique. Shipping times may be slower during any holiday season.

return & exchange policy

RETURNS

Merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date the order is received, for store credit or exchange only(shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable) . All merchandise MUST be returned in NEW CONDITION,which means unwashed and unaltered.  Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, the smell of smoke, or the smell of heavy perfume will be refused and returned to customer. Shipping will be the customer's responsibility. Exchanges can only be applied once per order. Multiple exchanges on the same order is not available. We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is receive. If  the size is not available , store credit will be applied. Please check your order immediately upon receiving. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise contact us within two days (no exceptions).


SALE ITEMS

Sale items are considered any items labeled on sale or that has  a promotional code applied to it. All sale/clearance items, lingerie, swimsuits, sunglasses, eyelashes, and gift certificates are final sale! These items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.  

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@fbcboutique.com to start your return. Tell us the items you wish to return, the reason for your return, and what item/s you'd like to exchange for (if applicable). Also, include your  name, return address, and phone number. We'll email you our return address and any additional details if applicable.

  2. Once package is received please allow our team up to 3 business days to process. When return is processed you will receive An email notification with the status of your return.

  3. If your return meets the criteria listed above, We will refund your purchase amount minus any shipping fee paid, in the form of store credit. For exchanges, we are unable to guarantee the item/size will be available once your return is received. If it is available, we will ship your exchange. Return shipping is solely the customers responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
